• Claritin D works very well, but it should not be used every day.
  • 1 of those pills is like 3 cups of coffee on your heart.
  • It stops being effective after some time.
  • It will give you a sore throat.
• Recommended to vary up which anti allergen you are taking.
• Filtering the air does work, but is wildly impractical to do all the time.
• It seems like there’s an activation point where once you start sneezing, nothing is going to really help.
